Sewer Connection - 6m Shaft
We have extensive experience in carrying out sewer connections and sewer repairs. In 2019 we carried out a large sewer project in Kent, involving a 6m shaft, a 7m heading/tunnel, a new 1.2m diameter manhole on the existing main. We completed these works in a three week timescale, including all reinstatements. We worked closely alongside local authorities and carried out all work to a high spec and high health and safety protocols.
Natural Stone Landscaping, Park Avenue Broadstairs
After the residents of Park Avenue purchased their property last year off plan, we were contracted to install 80m of natural stone granite with a dark charcoal edging. We landscaped the garden with new grass and borders ready for planting, and installed some new drainage where necessary. Clients were extremely happy with works carried out, and references can be obtained upon request.
Foundations and Oversight - Kent
In 2020 we carried out 22 concrete piles with ring beam brickwork upto DPC and a block and beam floor. this work was carried out within a four week turnaround from start to finish, working with the project manager and architect.
